By car

From Quito: at the roundabout Gonzáles Suárez' right entry, passing by the communities of San Pablo and Araque. 

From Otavalo or Ibarra: street Eugenio Espejo's left entry, until arriving at the old bay. Continue that way passing by some communities like Camuendo, Compañía and finally Araque.

By public transport

From Quito: Hop off at Gonzáles Suárez' stop and then take a taxi. 

From Otavalo: there are some buses like Otavalo, Los Lagos and Imbaburapac which travel to San Pablo, Araque or Trojaloma, where we can reach the lake. Price:0,35 cents.
